Refund Policy

At Tropic Palms Eclectic Treasures, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns > You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refunds > Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping > You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items > If you receive a damaged or defective treasure, please contact us immediately at contact@tropicpalmstreasures.com with a photo of the item, and we will make it right. Defective or damaged items may be returned for a full refund or replacement regardless of sale status. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@tropicpalmstreasures.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping. You have up to 30 days from delivery to complete the return process.
